What do you see, hear and feel when you observe interactions between people? Do you feel satisfied and confident that services to clients are being delivered to the highest level? Take necessary actions to enhance the employee experience to resolve identified issues. Consider if your values are still appropriate or whether training is required for specific individuals and teams.
Continuously monitor business outcomes, performance metrics, and employee behaviours through short pulse surveys and one-on-one meetings.
